We partnered with The Leathersellers to deliver three levels at 3 St Helens Place. Level 4 was transformed into a Tenant-Ready™ space, while levels 2 and 6 underwent tailored CAT B fit outs.
We partnered with Barlaya Limited to deliver a Tenant-Ready™ fit-out at One Strand, Trafalgar Square. This project focused on reusing existing elements, including glazed partitions, doors, ceiling tiles, and raised access floors, achieving a 60% reduction in embodied carbon.
Working with long-term client BentallGreenOak (BGO), we have created a Tenant-Ready™ workspace at 20 St James’s Street. The office combines breakout spaces, a teapoint, and meeting rooms designed for flexibility and productivity for any tenant.
Working with our long-term client, BentallGreenOak, we delivered a Tenant-Ready™ solution for the third floor of 7 Bishopsgate, designed to accommodate the evolving needs of the modern workforce.
We were tasked with transforming the ground floor and Level 4 of Bury House for our long-term client, BentalGreenOak (BGO), into two Tenant-Ready™ offices. This project integrated modern finishes, bespoke joinery, and AV and IT systems to ensure the spaces were immediately ready for occupation.
We created a Tenant-Ready™ space for Tishman Speyer in the Denham Building, offering a flexible office environment designed for easy customisation by future tenants. The workspace meets modern needs with a versatile layout that adapts to various business requirements.
