Tenant-Ready™

We were tasked with transforming the ground floor and Level 4 of Bury House for our long-term client, BentalGreenOak (BGO), into two Tenant-Ready™ offices. This project integrated modern finishes, bespoke joinery, and AV and IT systems to ensure the spaces were immediately ready for occupation.

Detailed Layout for Diverse Needs

The ground floor of Bury House was transformed into a functional workspace featuring a reception, meeting rooms with AV systems, and a comms room. The open-plan area accommodates 44 desks, hot desks, and breakout spaces. Bespoke joinery and furniture installations complete the space. On Level 4, we created additional meeting rooms, informal collaboration zones, and a breakout lounge.

Seamless Design for Modern Office Use

The project included a chiller replacement for energy-efficient cooling and a full building balance to ensure even air distribution, creating a comfortable environment ready for future tenants.
