Ambit Wins One Poultry Refurbishment

Ambit has been appointed to deliver the transformation of 1 Poultry, a landmark commercial building in the heart of the City of London.
The comprehensive repositioning of the building will enhance the occupier experience while supporting the long-term performance of the asset, creating a workplace suited to the evolving needs of modern occupiers.
The project comprises the refurbishment and enhancement of approximately 125,000 sq ft of workspace, including a CAT A fit-out across six floors, a new reception, upgraded end-of-journey facilities, a roof extension and two new pavilion structures. The works will also include lift and façade refurbishments, alongside extensive landscaping improvements.
