Ambit has been appointed by Legal & General to deliver the refurbishment of Folio – 38 Finsbury Square, a landmark commercial building in the heart of the City of London.
The project will transform the existing building through a comprehensive repositioning, including the remodelling of floorplates, an extension from seven to nine storeys, the installation of a new curtain wall façade, refurbishment of the existing Portland stone, and the introduction of new stone cladding.
