Ambit Appointed to Deliver the Redevelopment of 2 Hosier Lane

Ambit has been appointed by Zero Carbon Space to deliver the redevelopment of 2 Hosier Lane, adding another exciting scheme to our London pipeline.

The project will transform the existing building, starting with a full soft strip and followed by a new two-storey extension. The extension has been designed to keep the building within the protected views of nearby St Paul’s Cathedral. The building will then be reclad with new pre-cast stone and brick façade panels.

Once complete, the redeveloped building will provide approximately 57,000 sq ft of Cat A office space. Early works began in August with the soft strip, and the scheme is due for completion by Christmas 2027.
