SUSTAINABILITY

Having a B Corp certification means we are a part of a global community that works for the good of the planet and people.
Sustainability is built into the way we think, design, and deliver. As part of Workplace Futures Group, we’re proud to be a certified B Corporation. That means we’re held to high standards, legally and operationally, across everything from waste management to community impact.
We know the built environment is responsible for around 42% of global CO2 emissions. That’s not something we ignore or excuse. It’s something we act on, project by project. Whether it’s reducing embodied carbon, sourcing responsibly, or designing for longevity, we’re building spaces that don’t cost the earth. Sustainability in our sector is about creating spaces that work now, without compromising what comes next.
With the UK on a path to net zero by 2050, our sector has a responsibility to lead.
We’re addressing that head-on by reducing embodied carbon, pushing for better material use, and choosing partners who share our approach. Every project is an opportunity to build a better society and operational environment.

Purpose & Governance
We’ve made a legal commitment to consider people and the planet in every business decision. That responsibility shows up in the way we report, the projects we take on, and the way we deliver them.
