Ambit Announces Move to TIDE Bankside 

After more than 30 years in Victoria, we are moving to our new headquarters with WFG. On 14 October 2025, we’ll be moving into our new home at TIDE, right in the heart of London’s Bankside district. Surrounded by the Thames, the Tate Modern, Shakespeare’s Globe and Borough Market, it’s a vibrant part of the city that we’re excited to be part of. 

As a certified B Corporation, we’re always looking for ways to align our work with what we believe in. TIDE sets a new standard for sustainable office buildings in London, and moving here is a natural step for us.  

The building is designed to be Net Zero Carbon across operational and embodied emissions, exceeding the benchmarks set out in the LETI 2030 framework. It has achieved BREEAM Outstanding, putting it among the UK’s most sustainable workplaces, alongside a 5-star NABERS design rating for energy efficiency. It also holds WELL Platinum, WiredScore Platinum and SmartScore Platinum accreditations, making it a place that’s not only sustainable but healthy, connected and intelligent. 

We also love the thought that has gone into creating space for people. From terraces on every floor to rooftop gardens with over 13,000 sq ft of green space, TIDE is designed to put wellbeing and biodiversity at the centre of working life. It’s a building made to last, with a 180-year design life, and systems that adapt to future needs. 

Inside, smart technologies help keep energy use low, with heat pumps, openable windows, responsive LED lighting and advanced monitoring systems that make the space more efficient and comfortable. For those who cycle, there are 196 bike spaces, charging points, showers and lockers to make sustainable commuting simple.
