On behalf of Romulus Construction, we delivered a CAT A and CAT B fit out at 30 Cannon Street, a listed building in the heart of London. Working on the ground floor of an occupied building, we ensured minimal disruption to existing tenants while navigating the challenges of a listed property.
Bespoke and Functional Design
The CAT A fit out has exposed services, new service installations, and suspended raft ceilings. The CAT B fit out has high-end finishes, teapoint joinery, and a full IT and AV installation, including bespoke areas to enhance the workspace’s functionality.
Modern Solutions in a Heritage Setting
The project was a resounding success, blending modern office solutions with the building’s heritage. Both CAT A and CAT B projects have created flexible spaces that meet the occupants’ current and future needs.
