Chiswick Business Park, Building 12

Working with long-term client Revantage Europe, we delivered a building refurbishment of Building 12 at Chiswick Business Park. Our partnership included upgrading all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure while implementing modern design elements to enhance the office’s functionality.

Key Upgrades and Features

We stripped out the previous fit out and upgraded the entire MEP systems, incorporating exposed services and soffits for a sleek, industrial aesthetic. Acoustic ceiling panels and linear lighting were installed to balance form and function, ensuring a comfortable and efficient workspace.

Modernised Amenities

The reception and core lobbies received a contemporary refresh across all floors. Bespoke WCs were fitted from levels 3 to Ground, along with new internal finishes for the lifts. Additional upgrades included a new LV panel and replacement of external awnings, enhancing the building’s overall performance.
